We know you're trusting us with your child. Every item is handled as if it were going to our own kids.
Receive & Inspect
Returned items arrive for visual inspection. We check for damage or loss, and items beyond acceptable condition are retired immediately.
Sort by Material Type
We separate toys into categories: hard plastic & metal, wooden, mouthable items, fabric, and books. Each type needs different care.
Clean Per Category
Each material gets specialized cleaning. Plastic toys get diluted Dettol, wooden ones get light Savlon, fabric gets baby detergent, and books get dry cloth + sunlight.
Re-inspect & Update
After cleaning, we inspect condition again and update the item status in our system. Items must be fully dry before storage.
Store in Sealed Packaging
Cleaned and dried items are stored in sealed bags or boxes until they're assigned to the next subscriber.
